Refund Policy
Overview
Renise Bikes LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for coaching services and program fees.
Program Refunds
Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of program enrollment if they have not completed the first session. Refunds requested after the first session has begun are subject to a prorated assessment.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscription fees may be cancelled at any time with a 7-day notice. Refunds are not issued for the current billing period but cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital coaching materials and recorded content
- Completed nutrition plans
- Services already rendered
- Special event or intensive programs (within 30 days of start date)
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact Renise at renisesmith1@yahoo.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied for clients who have violated the Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity. Renise reserves the right to modify this policy with 30 days written notice.
